Kenneth Marder is a founding member of Kenneth Marder PLLC. He currently leads the firm’s personal injury division. Mr. Marder has dedicated his entire career to representing accident victims who were seriously injured in all types of accidents. With 40 years focusing on personal injury law, Mr. Marder is experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of accident cases.

Mr. Marder received his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Albany. He received his Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in 1979. He is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the United States District Courts of the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and New York State Bar Association and other groups dedicated to the pursuit of plaintiff’s causes. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
